Note
The outline of your poster presentation will be printed in the Guidebook for the school and will be used also as selection material for the poster prizes. The Guidebook will be distributed to fellow participants, poster prize screeners, speakers and attending admin staff, but no further than that.
However, please note that we will be having the poster presentation on the 2nd floor of the Administration Bldg.(C00) where non-RIKEN visitors can potentially pass by (not many do but potentially can). The posters will be mounted on the first day and will remain there until noon on the second day. Although we will have staff constantly at the venue during the event, we cannot control the area after hours. Hence, when preparing the poster, we would advise that the student consult with their supervisors on the contents of the posters.
