Poster Session

All participants must present a poster. The following prizes will be awarded to superior poster presentations: Prizes for Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology and Medical Science. Note that *we will be asking poster prize winners to give a brief introduction of their research at the awarding session, using their Icebreaker document.*

Note: Poster presentation is not mandatory for RSRs, but if you wish to present a poster, please state so in the Inquiries column when registering for the event.

Pointers for Presentation

To help you prepare for your on-site presentation, here are some pointers for you to keep in mind. In short, keep the presentation short (within five minutes) and follow up with further information if your audience would like to hear more.

Poster Size

Please design your poster so it can be posted vertically (maximum size is A0 size poster). Print it out and bring it to the venue.

Logo

Please include logos for RIKEN and Programs for junior scientists in your poster.
To get logos, please access the following sites(RIKEN internal websites). If you don't have access to internal websites, please contact us at summerschool@ml.riken.jp.
