What is RIKEN Autumn School

Summary

RIKEN Summer School is an annual event held for Junior Research Associates (JRAs), International Program Associates (IPAs) and RIKEN Student Researchers (RSRs), aimed to provide an opportunity for interaction among young researchers from various research fields and countries. This year we will hold it in the Autumn, hence, Autumn School! The school is a two-day event featuring presentations and other activities. As a general rule, please participate in the whole event.

* The maximum number of participants is 120 (first come first served basis). If there are more than 120 registrations, priorities are given to first time participants.
* We expect a few Student Trainees to participate.

Requirements

Participants are required to create and present a poster at the school. The best posters for each research field will be awarded a prize. Participants are also asked to prepare a summary for their poster presentation which will be printed in the 2025 RIKEN Autumn School guidebook, and to prepare a self-introductory document for the Icebreaker.
