Registration

The registration of non-invited speakers has been closed because the number of submissions reached the maximum capacity of the venue.

All participants are requested to register for attending the conference. To register, please fill in the registration and submission forms, rename the file to “forms_xxxx (your LAST & first name).docx,” e.g., “forms_TAHARA tahei.docx”, and send it to asc2023@ml.riken.jp. The information collected here will be used exclusively for ASC 2023.

If you plan to give a presentation, please follow the instructions here to submit an abstract and the registration and submission forms simultaneously.

Registration fee

Regular participant	50,000 JPY
Student	30,000 JPY

*The hotel fee is not included.
*Fees for lunch and excursion are included
*Please complete the payment by June 30, 2023

*In case of cancellation, we will be able to reimburse you for your registration fee following the cancellation policy shown below.

Until August 20, 2023: 100% of the registration fee
Until August 27, 2023: 50% of the registration fee
From August 28, 2023: No reimbursement

For domestic participants, we request them to make the payment by bank transfer. Please be sure not to pay through PayPal.

Hotel reservation

All participants are requested to stay at Atema Kogen Resort Belnatio, where the conference is held. The hotel provides rooms at special rates for participants. Hotel reservation should be done by filling in the relevant field in the registration form.
