Registration Deadline

Registration includes revision of registration information and sending your headshot (photo of your face) to Summer School office(summerschool@ml.riken.jp) within the deadline.

Miscellaneous

After finalizing your registration, please complete the following requirements: 1) Send a draft of your poster as a PDF document by *August 28, 9am* to summerschool@ml.riken.jp and 2) Prepare *two A4-size introductory papers* for the Icebreaker, the first slide introducing yourself and the second slide introducing your research, by the day of the summer school. *Print 15 copies and bring it* to the summer school.

Note

The outline of your poster presentation will be printed in the Guidebook for the school and will be used also as selection material for the poster prizes. The Guidebook will be distributed to fellow participants, poster prize screeners, speakers and attending admin staff, but no further than that.

To avoid garbled characters, please DO NOT use special characters, such as Greek letters. Revision of the outline will NOT be allowed after deadline.
