NV center has attracted significant interest as a resource of devices for quantum information processing and communication due to its excellent optical and spin properties even at room temperature. Recently, we investigated the manipulation of the single spins in multi-qubit system and spin coherence properties in isotopically engineered diamond. From the view point of application, development of electrical control of the quantum device is important. Recently, we realized electrically driven single photon source at room temperature by NV center in diamond. We consider that the result is a crucial step towards elaborated diamond-based room temperature quantum information devices. In this project, we work on the researches toward electrical control of spin, electrical detection of spin and further development of electrically driven single photon source at room temperature.
