New System for Exploring Superconductivity
Posted:2017.1.20
A collaborative research team led by Yoshitaka Kawasugi has realized an ambipolar Mott transition transistor using an organic Mott insulator. Theoretical calculations by Kazuhiro Seki helped reveal a marked asymmetry between electron and hole doping, including the emergence of a pseudogap state under hole doping.
