Abstract submission

All participants who are planning to give a presentation (oral/poster) in the conference should submit a 1-page abstract and a submission form. For preparing your abstract file and submission form, please follow these instructions . The prepared files should be sent by e-mail to trvs2013@riken.jp as attachments. Please note that the abstract book will be posted on this website for open access.

Abstract submission is closed.

Soon after the program meeting, which will be held in February 2013, we will inform you of the acceptance of your application and the presentation status (oral/poster). In order to confirm the conference program, participants who have submitted abstracts must complete registration from here by April 4, 2013 (The deadline is extended). Otherwise, their abstracts may be removed from the abstract book.
