The program of the symposium will include oral sessions, contributed talks, poster previews, and poster session.

Oral presentations

A PC projector will be available. Speakers, who intend to use the PC projector, are advised to bring your own laptop computer. If you plan to use the conference PC, please bring your data by USB memory and inform us the software of presentation file and OS version.

Contributed Talks

On Jan. 29 (Tue.), there will be contributed talks (15+5 min./ speaker).
Contributed talks are selected from poster applicants. A PC projector will be available. Speakers, who intend to use the PC projector, are advised to bring your own laptop computer. Poster presentations

Poster Preview : 1 min./ poster, 16:00-18:00, Jan. 26, 2013

On the first day (26th), there will be the poster preview session (1 min./ poster).
The power point file (.ppt file) should be submitted by email before Jan. 21 (Mon.), 2013.

Poster Session : 14:20-15:50, Jan. 27, 2013

Poster session is scheduled to provide opportunities for selected works to be presented in greater visual details and to facilitate vigorous discussions with interested attendees. For Poster sessions, each author is provided a 900 mm (width) x 1200 mm (height) poster board to display. Authors must stay in the vicinity of the board during of the session to answer questions of attendees.
