If you already have an email account set up by your center, you will now have two email addresses.

If the same email address is already being used by another person, letters will be added as seen in the following example:
Your first name and surname will be spelled in the same way they appear in the personnel database.
Currently, all email messages sent out by RIKEN (Zenriken ML, Accounting System, and LIRAS, for example) go to the addresses that are registered in the All RIKEN Telephone Directory. However, starting on August 1, they will only be sent to the address.
The email sent containing your new password when you use the password reset function for AIR100-SSO, will also be sent to the address. (Currently they are being sent to the email address in the All RIKEN Telephone Directory, but from August 1 they will all be sent to the
address.)
If you have no email address in the All RIKEN Telephone Directory as of August 1, your email address will be automatically added to the directory. (If you currently have an email address that is not , your current email will be shown instead.) If you want other information, such as your extension number, to be included in the All RIKEN Telephone Directory, you need to apply for it.
