International workshop
RIKEN Symposium "Matrix models and string theory"
It has been over 20 years since the significance of non-perturbative aspects of string theory was realized by most of the researchers in the field. While a lot of progress has been made on the matter so far, we are still seeking the final form of non-perturbative formulation of string theory.
We here plan this one-day workshop as follows, to promote the effort toward the non-perturbative formulation of string theory.
