The meeting place and hotel

The meeting will be held at Shonan Village Center (Shonan Kokusai Mura) which has meeting rooms and accommodations, and all participants are expected to stay in this Center during the meeting.

A few single and double rooms are reserved during Dec. 18-20.

Hotel expenses for the duration of the conference will be paid for.
Expenses for other visits and extra stays will not be covered by the committee.
